Separate the Screen from the Frame

Now take the four-point screwdriver and loosen the four screws that hold the protective metal plate of the connectors connected to the motherboard. With the help of pliers, remove the protective metal plate of the connectors. Take a plastic spatula and use it to separate the battery connector, touch connector, and LCD of the phone.

Next, disconnect the connector for the Home button and Force Touch. Go to the top of the iPhone 8 Plus. Disconnect the Speaker

Loosen the five screws that keep the metal base that holds the speaker on the screen safe. Remove the metal support base from the screen using tweezers. With the help of a plastic spatula, remove the front camera and set it aside. Now take the speaker of the iPhone 8 Plus with tweezers and remove it. The speaker of the iPhone 8 Plus is now separated from the phone.
